Searching for her own dream career, Kamila Nowak found the American Dream waiting for her in Florida, with all the treasures that Florida has to offer. Her journey towards fulfilling her dream began in Europe. Kamila was born in Poland, moved to Germany, graduated from college with degree in business and hospitality management.
Fluent in Polish, German, Russian and English she has been living in Florida for the past 20 years, working in real estate from rentals to sales, as well as conducting financial evaluations of real estate operations. Because of her incredible passion for people, as well as sharing her love for Florida through her real estate involvement. She loves the beaches, sports, theater, art, architecture and photography, using these mediums to benefit the causes she is involved in.
When Gail was searching for the perfect second-home location, she kept hearing one word: Sarasota. After researching and visiting the area she knew immediately that Sarasota offered so much more than other West Coast Florida communities: nationally-recognized cultural and educational organizations, fabulous restaurants, numerous and varied recreational facilities, and, of course, a world-class beaches. Sarasota is second to none, and it quickly became much more than a “second” home to her.
Gail resided for 25 years in the Washington, D.C. region, where she worked as a financial manager in the health care industry and was a tireless community volunteer. Prior to that, she and her family lived in five states and overseas, courtesy of the U.S. Army. As a military wife, Gail learned to handle relocations with a calm efficiency, a trait that has come in handy for the numerous real estate transactions that she has managed.
Silvia Feuerbach was educated in Ausburg, Germany. She spent many years in the fashion industry in Cologne with designer Carin Pfleger, developing her skills as a photographer and set designer. She visited Sarasota for the first time in 1995 and began vacationing here regularly. In 2001 she made the big move to Sarasota, where she began her career as a real estate photographer.
Silvia gained unique and intimate knowledge about Sarasota real estate properties through the eye of her camera, which led her to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. Extensive knowledge of Sarasota, and her caring nature go hand in hand with the desire to help others find the perfect home.
